Navasky Foundation for Life
Continues the Climb with Tim Bainey Jr. and the #00 Aaron’s Lucky Dog NASCAR
Camping World Truck Series
Team
Since the beginning of his
racing career, Tim Bainey Jr. has been a strong supporter of the Navasky
Foundation for Life – specifically their One Less Tear Cancer Project. And
now, as his career heads into the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series – the
Navasky Foundation will continue the climb with him.
“It’s a great organization,”
said Tim Jr. “We’ve had the opportunity to work with a lot of great
charities along the way, but Chuck Navasky and his wife Jaye go beyond the
idea of anything I’ve ever seen in a charity. They are truly amazing
people.”
Just last month the Navasky
Foundation received national accolades for donating 100,000 Music CD’s to
Troops Serving in Iraq and Afghanistan as part of the Tunes4Troops program,
it was the single largest music donation project by any one group in music
history – and they are hoping to do more.
“We like to help people,” said
Chuck Navasky. “Timmy and his family are great people. They exemplify
everything we want to portray with our foundation and the projects we take
part in. We’re hoping that through our involvement with him in the NASCAR
Truck Series this season we can find another National Forum or Venue that
will allow us to donate another 50,000 of our One Less Tear Music CD’s to
Cancer Patients.”
“It’s an honor to know such
great people,” said Tim Jr. “When people get to see what the Navasky
Foundation is all about, they really make a connection with it. It’s not a
welfare program – it’s a real program that is all about helping others who
try and help themselves, and those are the people who really need our help.”
The Navasky Foundation Logo’s
will appear on the side of Tim Jr’s #00 Aaron’s Lucky Dog Truck for every
NASCAR Event in which they compete, and the foundation’s “One Less Tear”
Cancer Fundraising CD will be given away to thousands of fans at each
appearance by Tim Jr. as part of the “Aaron’s Dream Team Express presented
by Karolina Koaches”.
The Navasky Foundation for Life
is a registered 501c3 Non-Profit Organization founded by Chuck and his wife
Jaye. Based in Central Pennsylvania, their mission is to make the world a
better place for our children and their grandchildren in all aspects of
life.
