Tim Bainey Jr. and the
Aaron’s Dream Team Finish 9th in Points
After 13th
Place Finish in Aaron’s 150 at Bristol Motor Speedway
Tim Bainey Jr. and #00 Aaron’s Dream Team wrapped up a very impressive 2008
USAR Hooter’s ProCup Northern Division Tour with a 9th place
finish in the Championship Point Standings after coming home with a 13th
place finish in the Aaron’s 150 at Bristol.
“It was a really great year for our Aaron’s Dream Team,” said Tim Jr. “We’ve
been fast at just about every track, and to wrap it up with a 9th
place finish in the points is great.”

As far as Bristol, 48 teams were on the loaded entry list for one of the
series premier events of the season - 36 of those teams had already tested
at Bristol just last week, and while Tim Jr. and the #00 Aaron’s Dream Team
were unable to attend the test they were very impressive in their Bristol
Debut with the Hooter’s Series.
“We had a lot of catching up to do with everyone testing last week,” said
Tim Jr. “But I was really confident that our Aaron’s Dream Team could handle
it, and we really came through with a solid weekend.”
Tim Jr. would start the #00 Aaron’s Dream Machine from the 26th
position in the regular season finale and patiently work his way through the
field during the 150 lap event.
“Our goal was #1 to finish, so we really focused on staying out of trouble,”
said Crew Chief Dan Bainey. “Timmy is really good at saving his car and
being there in the end, and tonight it paid off great for us.”

“We would have had a top-10 if it wasn’t for that quick restart after we
pitted with about 10 laps to go – but still for our first trip to Bristol
with the Hooter’s Series and the caliber of teams we had here – It was
another great run for the #00 Aaron’s Dream Team.”
Tim Jr. and the #00 Aaron’s Dream Team finished
9th in the USAR Hooter’s ProCup
Northern Division Championship Point Standings.
“I’m really proud of my Aaron’s Dream Team,” said Tim Jr. “I really want to
thank everyone that is a part of it, we’ve had one of the best seasons ever
this year – and it has been a lot of fun!”
“I also want to thank everyone at Aaron’s, Mr. Loudermilk, Ken Butler, Mark
Rudnick, Rich Lamprey, and everyone that is behind our Aaron’s Dream Team –
it’s an honor to represent them and I’m looking forward to doing it for a
long time!”
You can watch the “Aaron’s 150” from Bristol Motor Speedway Tuesday
September 2nd at 4:00pm on the Versus Network.
