Aaron’s Dream Team Ready Again for the High Banks of Salem Speedway
Tim Bainey Jr. and the Aaron’s Dream Team - as always - are looking forward
to the High Banks of Salem Speedway in Salem, Indiana for this weekend’s
USAR ProCup 250.
“Salem has always been one of my favorite tracks,” said Tim Jr. “We don’t go
to Winchester any more, but we’re always excited about going to Salem, and
really looking forward to Bristol as well. Our Dream Team has it together
when it comes to the high banked tracks.”
It’s no secret that Tim Jr. has always been good on the High-Speed / High
Banked ovals throughout his career. He has qualified in the Top-10 – 7 times
in 8 attempts, has career high finish of 5th, and he has led a
lot of laps on the high banks of these speedways.
Tim Jr. has qualified the “Dream Machine” 6th, 8th,
and 9th in his last three attempts at Salem – and has been within
.1 tenth of the pole 2 of those 3 times.
“We have a lot of momentum going for us right now,” Tim Jr. continued. “The
Dream Machine’s been great everytime out this season. We have 2 top-10’s in
the last 3 races and we have some of my favorite tracks coming up.”
The USAR 250 takes place this Saturday Night at 7:00 pm in Salem, Indiana.
